With over 50 years of building experience, Carl Trauger is a seasoned developer and builder of successful commercial and residential communities in both South and Central Florida.
In 1976 he formed Trend Setter Homes. It's goal was to fill the need for imaginatively designed homes and communities. It emerged as leader in both sales and design achievements, a position it had continually maintained over the years.
Introducing a whole new generation of homes for Florida Living became the theme for Trend Setter's Project.
The Trend Setter track record was based largely on Carl Trauger, it's president and founders' own expertise. As an executive with major builders in Northwestern United States, Puerto Rico and Florida for over a dozen of years, he learned their techniques. Being a big builder made him a great small builder.
The success of Trauger's approach was visible in the continued recognition he had received within the building industry over the years and award-winning communities he had built.
Trauger had been the focus of featured articles in major national and regional publications. Served as a judge for the prestigious Sensible Growth Planning and Design Awards, member of the Home Builders Association of Homebuilder's conventions.
In 1986 upon selling several of his commercial properties, Trauger became more passively involved as a Real Estate consultant and the construction management for various developer's throughout the United States, of which role he continues to follow and pursue.
Trauger is also a Florida licensed Commercial Advisor.
