Chad comes to us as a man of many talents. Not only is he now a Real Estate Agent, but he’s also a Mortgage Loan Originator, Title Agent, and Insurance Agent. After 20 years in the Employee Benefits world, he decided to open his own Mortgage and Insurance agency with the goal of helping his clients from the start of the Real Estate Process to the end with the education of his clients at the forefront. His goal is to be Marion County’s Real Estate “One Stop Shop”.
Chad has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and has been extremely active in the arts community, founding Insomniac Theatre Company in 2006. Although he stepped away from his artistic home in 2019 so he could put more focus on helping his clients, he is still active in the “scene” and consults on several artistic projects every year.
Chad walked away from an extremely lucrative profession when he found that he didn’t have it in him to cut corners or disappoint those who relied on him to help just so he could make a few more dollars. He follows his late father’s motto that “All the money in the world can’t make it easier to look at yourself in the mirror at the end of the day”. He looks forward to working with you from start to finish on your home buying or selling process and will be with you every step of the way.
