Originally from New York, and for over four decades has gained invaluable experience in residential, commercial, business brokerage, real estate investments, and insurance. At different times, co-owned and operated two national franchises and a local real estate office. Held real estate licenses in two states: New York and Florida. Worked for two major banks and mortgage brokerage companies as a loan originator. Held the position of sale executive in a staffing company. As a HUD consultant assisted first time homebuyers in the educational process of purchasing, maintaining, and budgeting their home purchase. A bachelor’s degree in social science from State University of New York Empire State College and Paralegal certifications from Baruch College. As a certified instructor inspired others in qualifying for their salespersons and broker’s license. Has helped hundreds of customers and clients over the year make realistic purchase decisions.
