My name is Hernan Von Schmeling. I moved 21 years ago to Orlando from Paraguay. Florida is one of the most desirable places to live and that is why I decided to move here. I started Martial Arts (Taekwondo) at 5 years old. I taught Martial Arts for 15 years in Orlando. Currently I am a 4th Degree Black Belt. I Love helping the community by volunteering with teaching PE classes at the elementary schools around my neighborhood. As a manager of a Martial School for many years I learned about the selling process but more important the caring towards people. I will do whatever it takes to find the right home for you.
