John, a Florida Realtor, certified general and plumbing contractor has been involved with real estate and construction for more than 30 years. He has an extensive background in real estate development, construction and contract management and has built throughout Florida, nationally and internationally. He has been a construction representative for owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors involving projects small and large. He has developed a keen understanding of all facets and phases of real estate including conceptual planning, permitting, zoning and planning, inspection, contracts, specifications, construction, quality control, completion, finance and closing.

John and his wife have been residents of southwest Orlando for over 30 years and he has owned his own construction firm employing a large team into the hundreds. He has constructed houses, office buildings, schools, court houses and theme park projects within Universal Studios Florida and Disney World’s MGM Studios.
John is a current member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association and has a BA in business and marketing. He is a licensed Florida Realtor and Certified General and Plumbing Contractor. Formerly, he was a building inspector with the Southern Building Code Congress International, arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, Florida Threshold Inspector and expert witness in construction dispute/resolution matters.
