Sandra R. Melendez, graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Florida Metropolitan University in Florida with a Master in Business Administration, a Master in Public Administration, and a Project Management Professional Certification from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Sandra has been practicing as a Real Estate Agent over the past 15 years. Worked with the City of Orlando Housing Department with HUD Funds for the Down payment Assistance Program and acquired real estate properties for the City of Orlando in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake County. Conducted property inspections with City inspectors to provide Construction Certificates of completion and Certificates of occupancy. In addition, conducted down-payment assistance training for Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Lenders.
Sandra worked at NASA, Kennedy Space Center and at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC for nine (9) years. Responsible for overseeing project planning, execution and performance of NASA Project in support of the International Space Station.
Sandra specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge in single and multifamily properties. She represents seller, buyer and investors in the residential market. She addresses details before they become a problem. Work with banks to inspect and maintain properties, and initiates communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close. She is enthusiastic about helping her clients and being of service to them.
When Sandra is not working she enjoys traveling around the world to learn about other cultures.

*ASRC Aerospace Shooting Star Award for outstanding performance in securing funds for vital projects at NASA, Kennedy Space
Center.
*Received twice The City of Orlando Outstanding Employee Award, for securing millions of dollars in funding for the Community *Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Housing Opportunities grant.
*Received the World Disney World Customer Service Award for excellence in customer service.
