While other property management companies can take up to three weeks to send rent payments to their clients, Florida Realty Investments remits rent to owners immediately within days after its receipt. Along with rent collection, we also personally serve tenants with a three-day notice of late rent on the 6th day of the month, collect late fees on overdue rent payments, and serve eviction notices for failure to pay.
